Coping with a loved one's addiction can be exhausting, confusing, and overwhelming. You may be looking for help, understanding, or simply to cope.

It's possible to get through this ordeal without forgetting yourself. Talking with others, setting your limits, and better understanding the mechanisms of addiction are concrete actions that can support you.

Some of our meetings are open to family, friends, and anyone concerned about a loved one's addiction. You are welcome to attend. It's an opportunity to hear others share their experiences, ask questions, or simply listen.
